Once a reservation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This policy applies to all bookings, including waterpark tickets, accommodations, and packages.

We recommend double-checking your plans and ensuring your availability before making a reservation. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from visiting on the scheduled date, please note that we do not offer refunds.
